Gr SR KG B: This was our last week of the athletics and health related fitness unit. We focused on finishing all the tests for cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.

INDIVIDUAL PURSUITS - KICK - BALL.
SKG -C learnt the game of Kick- ball (A simple version of Baseball, T-ball & Softball).
Students learned to play the game safely. i.e work in a team and groups. Students learnt the technique of kicking the ball to score a run and run across the bases.
Grade Skg A and Skg B : This was the last week of health related fitness students did different activities based on running between intervals. Next week we are starting with individual pursuits (Cricket).
